SCHEDULE

8- 9 am: Pranayama, Kriya & Meditation

9- 10:30 am: Asana Intensive

1:30- 3:00 pm: Asana Workshop; Technique, Anatomy, Theory & Alignment

7- 8 pm: History & Philosophy of Yoga, Chanting (Bhajan/Kirtan)


LEVEL ONE

Level One is part of a four part series, which upon completion & mastery of the four levels, teacher training certification will be granted.
